We are a Buddhist temple community putting the teachings of Tendai-shu Buddhism into practice in the Washington, DC metro area with members from Virginia, Maryland, and DC. All are welcome to attend. We meet once per week for chanting liturgy and meditation service. LGBTQIA+ welcoming and affirming.

As of February 2024, Sunday mornings meet at Nipponzan Miyohoji Buddhist Temple DC, treasured Dharma friend kindly hosting space for our Tendai Sangha. We would like to find free and/or affordable options for additional meeting space in the Northern Virginia area.
